Hello, I’m Vered (Meaning Rose in English), and welcome to my website Inspiration to rise!
I created this website and used this platform to share some knowledge and inspiration with anyone looking for it. Also, I’d like to dedicate this to men and women who have been through a divorce or abused relationships, encouraging them to rise and rediscover their best selves.
CAN YOU KEEP YOURSELF INSPIRED? HERE IS MY STORY
I remember myself as a person who was always upbeat. Even when I was having problems, I would look in the mirror of my voice training teacher, who always said, “Always look at the half cup full.” Not everything is as bad as it appears….
Time passed, my teacher passed away, but the music and optimism remained.
As I grew up, I’ve started to date, got life experience, and eventually decided that it’s time to settle down, get married, have children…This is, after all, what is expected in Israel. I felt I was getting older, and I married at the age of 27. After a few years, I had my first child, followed by another. I have two lovely daughters.
Ordinary, right?
Even more predictable are the marriage issues…two people trying to live in the same house, each with their own set of goals and way of life. Yes, there are compromises, but sometimes having a family and a partner is not enough. You should be compatible or at least have a few values in common.
To cut a long story short, I fought to save my marriage and, like everyone else, found inspiration in a variety of ways, including reading, singing, and meeting inspiring people. The Alfred Adler Institute was one of the sources of inspiration. I was able to see more of my husband’s positive qualities and subjective beliefs and understand the reasoning behind some of his behaviours, thanks to Adler’s philosophy.
After relocating to both Singapore and Australia and having the same goals of settling in a different country, the routine kicked in again, and the same issues surface.
In the meantime, I was attempting to take the first step towards regaining financial independence while being terrified of being alone. I’ve coached businesses and some of my friends, founded a charity, worked as a marketing manager, community manager, director, music teacher, and singer. But what about taking care of myself?
Unfortunately, my one hundred percent commitment to my marriage was insufficient, and it failed when I realised I couldn’t stay there any longer. It was enough. As a single mother in a new country, I found myself with no communication with my ex-husband, lawsuits, conflicts, and everything else that comes with divorce. So, what comes next?
Well, at the time, I had founded a charity and was the CEO, so the personal trauma I was going through was pushed aside. My marriage ended a few years ago, but I have no regrets. Today I’m deciding what’s best for Vered. Choosing is a verb I believe we should use more frequently.
Even though it was difficult, I decided to give myself some time to recuperate. For the first time in my life, I am no longer surrounded by people who do not support and encourage me. Instead, I’m dancing with the hopes and dreams of the people I care about.
I’m taking charge of my journey, embarking on a new adventure to help others using the strength-based approach, which allows us to become better parents and better humans, as well as other inspirational books, programs, and more!
Today, I’m coaching parents and individuals for life/career/business.
I have a Master of Science in Professional Communication, a certificate as an Adlerian Life Coach, and Parenting Coaching from the Adler Institute, and I am in the final units of my master’s degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling.
It’s a wonderful feeling to be able to give again!!!
Thanks to my persistence to self-develop, I’ve rediscovered the power of personal choice, humanity’s universal brotherhood, the value of a positive, encouraging life focus, and the abolition of social inequality. After all, it’s all about relationships!
Even when everything appears to be in darkness, you can choose where you want to be.
Have the relationship you want to have with your children and choose to take action and become the person you’ve always wanted to be; take a chance on yourself, you’ve got the choice!
I AM ON A MISSION TO BRING KNOWLEDGE AND INSPIRATION
Despite the fact that I had a few people who supported me and a family therapist during my divorce, I still felt very lonely and hurt. The transformation occurred when a friend gave me a book titled “Opening Doors Within” before she returned to Israel, which inspired me to search for others and enroll in further studies. Because of my passion for the community and health advocacy, I’d like to share some inspirational moments with you, things that changed my life from being frustrated and repeating patterns to the person I’ve chosen to be today. I’d like to help you on your journey to discover your inner beauty and your passions. IN ORDER FOR US TO FIND YOU.
